From 22 to 30 November 2023 was held the training course for Innovation Coach.
CIHEAM Bari hosted 22 coaches from incubators partners of STARTUP10 project. The training, delivered by international experts, aimed to train innovation coaches, and enhance their knowledge and skills on the processes and management of teams involved in open innovation programs. The main topics were: entrepreneurship support measures; coaching attitude, relationship, and conversation; coaching tools and actors involved; the coaching process in an incubator; introduction to open innovation and design thinking; and team organization and management.
