Avviato ad ottobre 2023, il progetto mira a promuovere la sicurezza alimentare e l\u2019occupazione giovanile in 10 Paesi partner della cooperazione italiana (Albania, Algeria, Bosnia-Erzegovina, Egitto, Etiopia, Giordania, Kenya, Libano, Tunisia, Uganda) attraverso il rafforzamento di incubatori d\u2019impresa per favorire lo sviluppo di startup locali che presentano soluzioni innovative nei settori della green e blue economy con un focus sulla digitalizzazione.<\/p>

10 Focal Points<\/strong> coordinano, promuovono e gestiscono le attivit\u00e0 in loco<\/p>

22 incubatori<\/strong> con esperienza in ambito agrifood e dal comprovato impatto sul territorio sono i partner del progetto a livello locale.<\/p>

140 startups<\/strong> con progetti nell\u2019ambito della green e della blue economy con un focus sulla digitalizzazione, candidandosi ad una call pubblica, saranno selezionate e parteciperanno ad un percorso di coaching.<\/p>

            CIHEAM Bari \u00e8 la sede italiana del CIHEAM (Centre International de Hautes Etudes Agronomiques M\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes), un\u2019organizzazione intergovernativa fondata nel 1962 sotto l\u2019egida dell\u2019OCSE e del Consiglio d\u2019Europa, che opera attraverso i suoi 4 Istituti con sede a Bari (Italia), Chania (Grecia), Montpellier (Francia) e Saragozza (Spagna), mentre il segretariato generale ha sede a Parigi.<\/p>

            Il CIHEAM ha una lunga storia di cooperazione multilaterale e regionale e offre istruzione e formazione, ricerca, assistenza tecnica.\nCollabora con pubbliche amministrazioni, universit\u00e0 e centri di ricerca, organizzazioni di cooperazione e sviluppo, enti locali, attori della societ\u00e0 civile e imprese per rispondere ai bisogni delle popolazioni e dei territori del Mediterraneo.<\/p>

            La rete del CIHEAM Bari coinvolge centinaia di istituzioni situate in diversi paesi del Mediterraneo e dell\u2019Africa. In Italia, il CIHEAM Bari si avvale di una rete di circa 200 enti tra ricerca, settore privato, imprenditoria, organizzazioni di produttori, istituzioni. Grazie a questa rete, il CIHEAM Bari assicura una tempestiva mobilitazione di centinaia di esperti in grado di operare all\u2019estero e in Italia.<\/p>

CIHEAM has a long history of multilateral and regional cooperation and offers education and training, research and technical assistance.
